The BSM restores the natural breathing pattern and structural foundation to be efficient and effective. Things like sitting too long throughout your day and living a modern lifestyle disrupt and compensate your breathing and structural alignment instantly for the worst, leading to a malfunctioning and dysfunctional body.

This workshop is for the general population and for physical therapists, athletic trainers, chiropractors, and massage therapist. 
  • The general population is a one day workshop teaching breathing techniques with movement patterns to restore alignment, stability, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility to move well. 
  • For the professional population, it is the same except it is 2 days and you will learn both: the self routine and a manual therapy routine for your client.
 
In this workshop, you will learn how:
  • to correct poor movement patterns,
  • to restore alignment and regain stability to produce optimal mobility and range of motion as well as flexibility instantly,
  • to resolve and prevent strain causing aches, pains, injuries and disorders like musculoskeletal ones,

  • poor joint alignment limits your strength and range of motion, that leads to affliction through time.
