​The Balanced Body is about learning and developing how breathing, alignment and stability establish a functional path essential for moving well in life, fitness and sports performance; essential for resolving pain, preventing injury and avoiding musculoskeletal disorders.

Developed form textbook science, practical application and concept, makes The Balanced Body Workshop the next step in preventative medicine; enhancing well-being, fitness, strength and athletic performance. The Balanced Body restores the natural breathing pattern and structural foundation to be efficient and effective. Things like sitting too long throughout your day and living the modern lifestyle disrupt and compensate your breathing and structural alignment instantly for the worst, leading to a malfunctioning and dysfunctional body.

This workshop is for the general population and for physical therapists, athletic trainers, chiropractors and massage therapist. This was taught to Villanova Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers as a seminar.

The general population is a one day workshop teaching breathing techniques and how breathing is integrated with our alignment, stability and flexibility to move well.

For the professional population it is the same except it is 2 days and you will learn both: the self routine and a manual therapy routine for your client.
 
In this workshop you will learn how:
  • to correct poor movement patterns,
  • to restore alignment and regain stability to produce optimal mobility and range of motion as well as flexibility instantly,
  • to resolve and prevent strain causing aches, pains, injuries and disorders like musculoskeletal ones,
  • to breathe properly and why breathing through your mouth creates fatigue and how it is the difference between health and disease and becoming an athlete or a champion,
  • poor joint alignment limits your strength and range of motion that leads to affliction through time.
 
Strengthen the kinetic link in your body. Don’t make it weaker. Everyone needs to be functional first for the human body to move well for general wellness, fitness and athletic performance regardless of who you are.
 
Our wellness, health and fitness suffer because of imbalance. We eat too many bad unnatural foods, we work and don’t rest enough, we sit too much disrupting the alignment of our body.  What is imbalanced strains and struggles to function optimally and normally leading to pain, injury, disease and disorder.
